Acceptance of these terms

Use of the FairwayMedicare website means these terms apply to that use. Anyone who does not agree with them should stop using the site and should not submit information through any form on it.

These terms cover every page here, the forms on those pages, and any written reply prepared in response to information sent through them.

What this website provides

FairwayMedicare offers written guidance about Medicare coverage. Information submitted through the site is read and answered with a written note describing the coverage types that may suit the situation described.

That note is informational. It is not an application, not an enrollment, and not a binding statement about what any plan will pay in a given case.

No affiliation with Medicare or any government agency

This site is operated privately. It is not connected to Medicare, to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, to the Social Security Administration, or to any federal or state agency.

Nothing published here is an official government communication. Official information about Medicare is published by Medicare itself, and readers are encouraged to check it directly.

Eligibility

The site is intended for adults resident in the United States who are able to enter into an agreement of this kind. Submitting a form is a representation that this is the case and that the details supplied are accurate.

Information submitted through the site

Anyone sending information through a form on this site agrees that:

• The details supplied are truthful and belong to the person supplying them, or are supplied with that person's permission.
• Nothing unlawful, abusive, or misleading will be submitted through any field.
• Health related details are shared voluntarily and only so a written reply can be prepared.

Communications and text messages

Where consent has been given during registration, service and marketing messages may be sent by text or by email about Medicare coverage, plan options, enrollment periods and follow ups to a submitted request.

Consent is never a condition of receiving a written reply. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends further messages and replying HELP requests support.

Medicare rules, plan availability, covered medicine lists, networks and pricing all change. Guidance prepared through this site reflects the information supplied and what was understood to be available at the time of writing.

No promise is made that a particular plan will accept an application, that any specific cost will apply, or that a described option will still be offered when an enrollment window opens.
